After spending more than 50 years in the pharmaceutical industry, there wasn’t much Arthur Blaire hadn’t seen. However, in 2014, while running a similar business, a long-time client came to him in a panic. The client had searched high and low for one elusive item—a sterile glass vial—but, unfortunately, had struck out at every turn. As a result, Arthur was his last call.
With his deep knowledge and a vast network built over decades, Arthur worked his magic—and found exactly what the client needed. That one moment revealed something bigger: a serious gap in the pharmaceutical compounding supply market. And just like that, Couponix was born—founded on problem-solving, resourcefulness, and a relentless drive to serve.
Fast forward to 2023, Arthur’s son, Ryan, brought his 20+ years of experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, and technology to the table. Together, this father-son duo is building the next generation of Couponix—with one bold mission: to become the most reliable and competitively priced compounding pharmacy supply company in the world.

Arthur Blaire
Arthur brings over 50 years of pharmaceutical expertise to Couponix. His journey began as a pharmacist in the 1970s, eventually leading him to own and operate a successful network of pharmacies. After selling his pharmacies, he launched a pharmaceutical wholesale company—continuing his lifelong commitment to serving the pharmacy community. Today, Arthur leads the charge at Couponix, overseeing all logistics and supply operations with the same passion, precision, and industry know-how that’s defined his entire career.
Ryan Blaire
Ryan brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, AI, and technology—making him a natural fit to join his father in leading Couponix into its next chapter. As Ryan puts it, “No one knows more about the pharmacy world than my dad“ — but when it comes to technology, email, and scaling, that’s really not his thing but where Ryan see's he can add value. Passionate about building upon his father’s legacy, Ryan is equally driven to leave his own mark—modernizing operations, expanding reach, and ensuring Couponix thrives for generations to come.
